Hello! My name is MaryAnn and I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York and New Jersey. I work with individuals from pre-teens through adults, couples, and families.
As a therapist, my role is to help you gain insight into your thoughts, to help you recognize patterns, shift behaviors, grow your self compassion, and heal your inner wounds. I work with you to help you achieve better relationships with yourself and with others in your life.
Therapy is about connection and it's about healing.
My favorite thing about being a therapist is witnessing and empowering my clients to find their voice to tell their story.
