Hello! My name is MaryAnn, and I am a psychotherapist in New York. I work with individuals from pre-teens through adults, couples, and families.

As a psychotherapist, my role is to help my clients gain insight into their thoughts, to help them recognize patterns, shift behaviors, grow their self compassion, and heal their inner wounds. I work with clients to help them achieve better relationships with themselves and with others in their lives. Therapy is about connection and it's about healing.

My favorite thing about being a psychotherapist is witnessing and empowering my clients to find their voice to tell their story.
